This host exists only to be fetched by SOAX's own monitoring. It serves a
single empty response at /probe so we can measure whether our
proxy network can reach a known-good endpoint.
Requests arrive from many residential and mobile IP addresses by design: each measurement deliberately uses a fresh exit node, which is the point of the test. This is monitoring traffic, not automated abuse. No data is collected from the clients and nothing is served but an empty response.
